Fact - One agent does not have relationship with every club or in every league. Therefore, we have a network of agents with those grassroots relations and contacts making player movement easier.

Paye Kulah - President/CEO - Next Level Management Group LLC

A native of Liberia, Paye possesses an ideal blend of education and experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Administration from the University of Louisville, and is a candidate for Master of Science degree in Business Administration at Troy University Atlanta Campus. His background in business and sport administration provides him with the foundation that is needed in order succeed in an industry as challenging as this one.

Paye's has wide range of experience within the Sports industry. The positions he held prior to founding Next Level Management Group provide him with a wealth of experience. Prior to founding Next Level Management Group, he worked in client recruitment for H20 Sports Marketing Group, Sports Information for the University of Louisville Athletic Department, ESPN Network as an independent contactor and Basketball Operations for Georgetown College Athletic Department. His exposure to such a wide range of areas within the sports industry makes him ideally positioned to serve all of his clients needs. He also lettered in soccer (football) at the University of Louisville.

Carlo Finlay - Vice President of Operations/ In-House Legal Counsel

Carlo is Next Level Management Group’s Vice President of Operations, as well as its In-House Legal Counsel. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia, School of Law in May 2008. He also graduated Summa Cumme Laude from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology in 2005. Along with working for Next Level Management, Carlo is currently pursuing his Masters degree in Sport Management at the University of San Francisco.

Along with this strong academic background, the experience Carlo gained while working in the sports industry makes him a vital member of the Next Level Management Group team. His experience includes working for both the University of Georgia Athletic Department and for ProFiles Sports, an Atlanta-based sports agency specializing in the representation of NFL football players. While working at ProFiles, Carlo aided in the recruitment of two players who were drafted in the first 15 picks of the 2008 NFL Draft. He also gained invaluable experience in Sports Marketing while working to secure endorsements for ProFiles’s clients. This combination of academic and practical experience ensures that Carlo is ideally positioned to aid Next Level’s clients in all of their endeavors.

Dr. Adam Dorley - Vice President - International Affairs (Based in Morocco)

Dr. Dorley is a players dream. In addition to being an orthopedic surgeon in training he also has more than 5 years of experience working with football agents in Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. Finally, Dr. Dorley is an accomplished identifier and manager of talented footballers, having worked to advance the careers of several young African players. He is fluent in English, French and Arabic.

Mr. Mehmet Yogurtcuoglu - Graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law and has been practicing law since 2002. After working for one of the leading law firms in commercial law in Ankara, Turkey he began to work for Turkish Football Federation in 2004. As of September 2008 he has been running his own law firm with his partner A. Gursoy. He is fluent in English and French.

Ms. Anil Gursoy - Graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law and has been practicing law since 2004. She also recieved her LL.M degree in Madrid at International Sports Law program of ISDE in the year 2007. After a short term experience at a law firm specialized in intellectual property rights and commercial law, she began to work for Turkish Football Federation in 2004. As of September 2008 she has been running her own law firm with her partner M. C. Yogurtcuoglu. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Onay Yasar Gultekin - Next Level Management Group - Turkey

Next Level Management Group is excited to have Onay Yasar Gultekin on board as the head of its office in Ankara, Turkey. Onay is a registered FIFA agent, licensed under the Turkish Football Federation (license # 62). Onay has strong family ties to Turkish football, with his uncle having served as the Chairman of the Turkish Football Federation for many years. He is also no stranger to European football, having established many contacts within the European football market during the past several years. Onay specializes in working with footballers aged 13 to 17, and will play a vital role in the running of both Next Level Management Group's youth department and its European tours.
